The brief
Selling to technology companies means selling to a small number of senior people who are contacted constantly. Broad campaigns waste budget; what works is knowing which accounts matter, who decides inside them and what message earns a reply.
Rania joined First.AI as a Growth Analyst in 2022 and worked on both sides of that problem: the targeting, through structured account mapping, and the messaging, through email and content tested against itself.

Project 1 of 2
Turning account intelligence into client growth
The challenge
Find the high-potential accounts and the decision-makers most likely to convert across a global technology market.
The approach
Rania mapped decision-makers, from CTOs and CEOs to VPs, across more than 50 global technology firms. She used structured account mapping and funnel building to rank accounts, and stakeholder analysis to understand who influences a decision and who makes it.
The result was a sharper target list: fewer, better accounts, each with named people and a reason to contact them.
The result
Client acquisition rose 18%, which meant three more clients across sectors in a single month.

In B2B, a better list beats a bigger one.
Project 2 of 2
Optimising outreach for AI talent initiatives
The challenge
Strengthen digital outreach and improve engagement with AI-driven talent initiatives.
The approach
Rania developed the email marketing and content strategy, then A/B tested digital and outreach assets so that each version competed against another and the stronger one went forward.
She also planned and ran a targeted social media campaign, and presented strategic recommendations to the CEO to shape the direction of the company’s AI talent initiatives.
The result
Click-through rate rose 21.5% and ad performance improved 15%, and the findings informed the strategic direction of the AI talent initiatives.
